Kendal, C Java – A military helicopter crashed and burst into flames in Kendal District’s Industrial Estate location, Central Java Province, on Saturday, according to a witness.
6 people were seen trying to get out of the helicopter that got swallowed up in fire, according to Sarwono, a crash witness, who was monitoring a work at the industrial estate area during the time of the incident.
The fire that damaged the wreckage of the ill-fated helicopter was then put out by a number of workers, he noted while desisting to elaborate on the finer details of the condition of those who attempted to escape the crashed helicopter.
ANTARA had yet to receive official details on aspects that led to the crash and any casualties in the air mishap.
