Chosen Indonesian e-sports teams have finally reached the 2020 Free Fire Fall Season series, organized by Garena Indonesia, which began on Saturday and will run up until October.
The season began with the Free Fire Master League (FFML) season 2, in which 18 e-sports teams have been chosen to contend. The best six groups will win Rp 1.2 billion in overall money rewards and golden cards to march to the Free Fire Master League.
The very best 6 groups from the previous tournament, with the addition of two other groups, Onic Olympus, the champ of the Free Fire Indonesia Masters spring occasion and Evos Esports, the champion of the 2019 Free Fire International Competition, will complete versus each other for the champion trophy.
The winner of the Free Fire Indonesian Master will win Rp 800 million and the opportunity to represent the country on the worldwide phase.
The groups chosen for the Free Fire Master League are the outcome of the earlier spring season, which happened earlier this year and lured 2 million e-sports athletes grouped in 514,000 teams from across the country.
Youth and Sports Minister Zainudin Amali said the tournament had been a huge financial investment in e-sports skill.
” We have seen excellent progress, with this tournament able to draw in the attention of 2 million talents.” he stated.
Garena Indonesia director Hans Kurniadi Saleh said Garena had actually devoted to continually providing the arena for Indonesian e-sports athletes to perfect their abilities and experience so they might reach a higher level.
” We expect that many brand-new talents and potential professional athletes will appear and be prepared to bring victory for the country on worldwide phases,” he stated in a declaration sent out to The Jakarta Post recently.
